Support dives for emergency restoration efforts in response to anthropogenic and natural disasters that cause physical impacts on the marine environment like coral reefs and seagrasses.
Marine Restoration
We apply innovative methods to both restore and enhance environmentally sensitive marine habitats, including coral reefs, seagrasses, and other benthic habitats.
Over the past two decades, our MRU has grown into a thriving scientific diving department comprised of expert marine scientists, certified scientific divers, and coral restoration technicians who are all supported by a senior staff of research vessel captains and crew, commercial divers, dive masters, and dive instructors.
